I've just started a direct mailing campaign and sent out my first batch last week.

I've sent out my batch of yellow letters (150 so far) to houses I've seen driving for dollars, probates, pre-foreclosures, expired/withdrawn listings, and absentee owners.It's snowing today so I'll be busy writing more, but I would like to hear any advice or anything you have experienced.

Hello BP, A few days ago I posted that I had sent out my first batch of 50 yellow letters.

I get an email everyday with who paid the day before, the software is updated automatically and money is batched a few days later in our account.  

So this post is for me to send out my first batch of 100 letters in my own zip code that fits the criteria.
