There are some bars there, but mostly restaurants, shopping, a movie theater and so forth.Old Town Scottsdale has alot of culture. 

So they just want to waste our tax dollars on political  Theater.

This new Riverton center is envisioned as a mix of shopping outlets, restaurants, offices, a hotel, movie theaters and villagelike public spaces, all perched on the suburban city's western border with Herriman.

If an old Macy's is re-purposed into a movie theater there will still be traffic.  

Among the biggest projects anchoring the boom: The $524 million Bucks arena.Northwestern Mutual's $450 million office tower and $100 million apartment high-rise.The $137 million BMO Harris Financial Center office tower.The $122 million Couture apartment high-rise.The $80 million conversion of the Warner Grand Theater into the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra's performance hall.The $50 million Westin Hotel.Large projects already completed over the past year include the $101 million 833 East office building, the $53 million latest phase in The North End apartments and retail development, and the $52 million Kimpton Journeyman Hotel.Finally, there are several new and ongoing downtown-area developments below the $50 million mark, including apartments, offices and hotels.Of course, Milwaukee has it's challanges too.

Pao Prieto Gym, small movie theater (like Cinepolis), etc.

Some high end restaurants, movie theaters, and entertainment type places like a Dave and Busters but larger.Have seen modeling agencies also.Malls are trying to make it a destination place again versus places with old and tired anchors where people order online instead and then a bunch of clothing stores around it.  

How to work stuff, stuff to do in the area based on different interests (hiking, museums, interesting stuff, yoga, theater - restaurants, bars.

Or see bad movie you don't stop going to theater.

One of my co-workers was telling me that there's a lot of new construction going up by the Bayonne Bridge (movie theaters, restaurants, etc), and that area is really close to public transportation as well.Also, do you know if Bayonne has a ferry into Manhattan?
