Ideas on what to do with vacant commercial property units
Hello,
I was thinking, due to low sales during the holiday season, a lot of anchor tenants (sears, macys, etc...) will be closing it doors.
As a realtor, investor or property manager, what ideas come in to mind as to a business opportunity or business idea to increase occupany with these large units being vacant.
I was thinking maybe a virtual office space, maybe drop shipping facility might help. Any thoughts?
Thanks!
