Seattle High Income Tax Proposals

Hi BP,

I was curious what local investors think of the High Earner's Income Tax that Seattle is talking about currently? How do you think it would impact your business? I am not clear on the details of the tax either. I keep reading different percentages taxing different income sources.

I have already started buying more property in the Midwest. Stuff here is too expensive and it's hard to cash flow out. But I have to admit the crazy rise on property has given me equity and the cash to buy else where.
