Fill the house with haunted mirrors, creepy dolls, vintage music boxes, china figurines, photograph them in place, and you can rotate new  furnishings in an out every few weeks as you sell the old ones on eBay.But the bulk of your revenue is going to come from Airbnb, where you will loudly and proudly advertise your haunted house experience.PEOPLE WILL COME.

I've gone through 1000s of these and while there are some gems or some that slip thru the system, it really is the needle in the haystack in Texas from my experience.

Hoping to find a secluded gem that could be an STR year round.

Andersen and Pella are like the Cadillac of windows, Milgard is somewhere in the middle, Ply Gem and Jeld Wen are builder grade, and box store-brand (like project source) are like shed-grade.Style will also make a difference.

Youngstown is a small hidden gem, especially if the rate of population decline really slows down, which obviously is not as bad in the suburbs as it is in city limits.

When I first started out, every deal seemed like a good deal, but a lot of them are not.This property that you are considering might be a gem of a deal, but I would highly recommend that you ask people on BP to help you analyze a deal.
