Wholesaling Tax Lien Property.

Hi all, newbie wholesaler in the Dallas suburbs. In my area there are several properties that have a tax lien. My problem is I don't have the funds to place a bid. As such I would need a buyer to fund the deal upfront. Naturally no buyer is going to just hand over thousands of dollars to a unknown wholesaler to do this. My question is, does any one know how this might be done.

Texas is a tax deed state and it will be difficult to wholesale a property you may buy without a title policy that is usually unavailable in Texas for at least 2 years.  Feel free to contact me if you have more questions about Texas tax sales.
