Have you looked at Hard Money Bankers (I'm not affiliated with them but I am friends with the two owners)?

After doing some more research, it seems as though I’m being pointed in a direction requiring me to find a loan officer that is t affiliated to any one bank.

I'm affiliated with a nationwide team and we're buying wholesale deals.

I was a subscriber for many years but have no other affiliation with their company or products.

(I also use Cozy to collect the rent - it comes out of the tenant's bank account and into mine - but you don't have to; you can just use them for the credit and background check if you want.)I am not affiliated with any companies mentioned.I hope this helps!

Here in CO we have to spend at least 2 years affiliated with an employing broker.

If you change the address affiliated with this loan, to your address, you will get all the mail thier borrower (your seller) would normally get.

Will soon have NC provisional broker license and am looking for an investor-friendly brokerage with which I can affiliate.
