Hi, Bigger Pockets Members.
I am a real estate agent. I've had my license a long time. I got out of the business in 2010. I have recently taken a head first dive back in. I am interested in investing as well. I live in Milton, MA and know of absentees and abandoned homes all over. I don't know how to get started. I don't have much cash flow (new real estate agent) and I'm only working a part-time job. Can anyone help with some insight on how the heck I can make this happen?

Thanks for your support!!
