Hi guys my name is Bert Soakai im currently looking in to educating myself on real estate investing in southern California.  I work a full time job working about 90hrs a week and a commute is 3hrs everyday round trip. IM in search of what type of investing is best for for time is not on my side? Do you need to start an actual real estate investing business to start real estate investing?
