Investor Friendly Residential Brokers NC (Charlotte area)
I'm a Washington D.C./Virginia licensed Realtor. Will soon have NC provisional broker license and am looking for an investor-friendly brokerage with which I can affiliate. Since I will not relocate to NC, I'm looking to affiliate with a brokerage where I would likely do a small number of transactions a year, mostly personal transactions. Any recommendations on firms that would be accommodating with such an arrangement--without burdensome monthly affiliation fees, required numbers of transactions, technology fees, phone answering?
