HelloWe are looking to have all documents for the lease packet signed/initialed electronically.  

That's a huge hassle, the driveway is huge and long, an electronic gate is expensive, and I don't see why I should have to shell out thousands of dollars because of their inability to respect other peoples property rights.

I'd like to get the document signed electronically because it is so convenient, but I don't know if I'll be able to assign a document that was electronically signed.What should I do?

Mainly the issues with the PM company are their lack of responsiveness to both me and the tenants, issues with deposits being made on time (moving to electronic soon) and a host of other issues where they don't even visit the properties once in a while to make sure things are ok. 

I had 2 applications within 24 hours and a few more inquiries immediately They also did credit and background checks as well Was very pleased with my experience Has anyone used their free electronic payment program?

The one good thing is you can submit everything electronically and not even visit the permit office until it is time to pick up your permit. 

Typically, the county (or parish) the property is in will likely have electronic records that may be searched online for free.

I could also hold off on the keys since i have an electronic key pad until after they are moved in.
