New to BP and wanted to introduce myself
Hello BP community,
After a lot of procrastination, I have finally joined the BP community. My name is Euclides Semedo currently living in Boston MA. I am a full-time College student as well as a full-time Engineer. I am a very hands-on type of person but lack the real estate knowledge. I am very knowledgeable with technology and home Automation because I am also a part Time employee at Best Buy, specifically the Home Theather Department. My hobbies outside of work are playing basketball and trying the learn how to ski, and of course educating myself in Real Estate.
What I can Offer to BP users:
- What to do when it comes to updating a house with the latest and greatest Electronics,
-Assistance with their house projects in return for mentorship and a chance to shadow what they do.
What I am looking for from BPusers:
- If anyone needs someone to check out a property or take Pictures of the property, I am your guy. ( currently have an hour drive from my house to work, I am used to the drive it nothing)
-Knowledge: I am alway listening to Bp podcast and learning
-Let's Meet: anyone with the same goals In the surrounding Massachusets region, don't be afraid to reach out.
I intent to learn more about real estate and buy my first multifamily complex withing a year. I also am trying to be better about saving money and being better about my finances so please share with me books that you have read that would be of assistance ( I have already read Rich dad Poor Dad).
