Electronically Sign Lease and associated documents

Hello

We are looking to have all documents for the lease packet signed/initialed electronically.  We hold a lease signing event and orientation where this would occur.  We will be using our Surface to accomplish this task.  The online signing services such as Hellosign don't seem to allow all parties to sign the same document on the same device, emulating the physical signing process.  Once all docs (templates) are complete I desire them to be stored on our cloud and emailed to the tenants.  The paper brigade has to stop for us to scale.

I would love to hear what others are doing to improve this process.

Thank you

David
