It is a ton of work sourcing the information as each county in my state has different zoning codes, different assessor search functions they use by county, etc.I am using a white envelope mailed every month and we were using labels but switched to printing out from the printer on the envelopes because it's cheaper and I am not limited on a label size with what I can print.

My first thought is to try to get a higher open rate -- make the envelope appear to be personal, meaning hand-write the address, use a first-class stamp and use a return address label (without your name).

Include a return envelope with a pre-printed return label and detailed instructions on where they need to sign.As long as your contract includes all the agreed upon terms, and no surprises to the seller, then you should be fine.

Since you arent mailing in bulk you would print mailing labels as needed and add the stamp (no envelope needed).Based on the prices you provided here is what you would be saving.34 per flyer 11 x 14 folded to 11 x 6 2 sided 2000 qty.
