I went to Memphis a couple of weeks ago to visit with Kenny Shaw and some of his people and they showed me some of their projects in progress and gave a rundown on mine.  

Impact is yet to be known as I would give it 3-6 months to determine actual progress.2.

@Chris Seveney this is a sentence is an NDA they (broker) wants me to sign prior to receiving property info.How would either of you progress with this in getting property info?

-We have debt pay down, as our tenants progress through the mortgage-We have tax benefits that enable us to trade up or simply claim deductions.What refinancing does for YOU is allows you to catch those profit centers.
