Has anyone used virtual assistants for cold calling, answering inquiries from direct mail campaigns, etc. to help find deals?

If yes

1. How did it impact your business (ROI)

2. what company do you use? Have you been satisfied?

3. What companies should an investor avoid?

Thank you for any help on this subject.

    1. We just started using a VA to grow our business. Impact is yet to be known as I would give it 3-6 months to determine actual progress.

    2. I used a company out of south america. I prefer VA's in this hemisphere so time zones line up better. My VA has been with me 3 weeks and she is awesome. Yes I pay more for her (around $10/hr) but you get what you pay for.

If people message me happy to provide company name, what they do is they find the VA's and have them take Culture Index and other tests and they prescreen them, then you interview them and select the best fit
