But, a nicely designed and painted house with well thought-out accent walls, etc may subconsciously contribute to my higher classifying in quality and condition, which may somewhat influence value, but not necessarily significantly.Good luck!

And there's a ton of social media influencers pushing this fake narrative - rented cars, houses, jet interiors to take pictures/videos etc - some of them are pretty good at making it look real.

The influencers "making millions from wholesaling" teach you the same steps everyone else teaches you. 

I was informed they don't speak to borrows ( not a red flag yet), just thought maybe they didn't speak to me because they didn't want me to influence the  appraisal value of the property.  

I'm personally looking at the 2-4 space right now as I think there should be good opportunity there to make the numbers work in high-value markets I saw a couple of influencers that made a pretty good case for 2- 4plex thats why I was torn.
