Found him online, so really he has no real loyalty as in a 3rd party connection.That's the thing, he is extremely efficient, and I thought we got along well and I could trust him.But I guess actions speak louder than words.I will 'interrogate' him tomorrow about the situation with rapid questions and if it's obvious he's lying I don't see the point in working further with someone I can't trust.

., but in return you expect them to show you loyalty, and that if they prefer to work with several agents, that's fine for them to do, but you prefer not to work that way, and wish them luck.If there are deals out there that are solid deals, you will have plenty of buyers that are ready, willing, and able to do the deals.However; I understand your frustration.

There is hardly in loyalty among thieves or in real estate, LOL, saying, don't give a deal away expecting future business, future business depends on what you can produce and the deal.I'd first get with the seller as to financing it, he'll likely understand the matter being in RE, it's not like approaching grandma.

@Michele Fischer,You are correct, I do receive multiple payments in such a case.No, I never charge any tenant or borrower any fees whatsoever at any time, other than a late payment fee.Being flexible is a win-win opportunity and loyalty builder.If the payer receives a paycheck on the 10th, I generally make the due date the following day.
