Some of the patrons are year around clients.

I think you have a textbook case of a realtor who knows zilch about investing or has preconceived notions, probably has never invested herself, and has a patronizing attitude to boot.I'd move on to someone else.

It's not that I'm not willing to pay for education, but when I feel like I'm being patronized and convinced of how badly I need their service, I just want to cut to the chase, because I already realize I need help.

I know what I would do and that’s use alternative methods to coax him out of the house by paying local bar patrons to pay him a visit one nIght and explain to him you don’t harass or be abusive to women and it would be in his best interests to pack up his $&@ and leave before he’s picking his teeth up off the ground .

We all understand the value we are receiving from the businesses we are patronizing right?
