I think you have a textbook case of a realtor who knows zilch about investing or has preconceived notions, probably has never invested herself, and has a patronizing attitude to boot.I'd move on to someone else.

It occurs to me that in the BUSINESS BRIEF ( http://www.ada.gov/svcanimb.htm ) "People with disabilities who use service animals cannot be charged extra fees, isolated from other patrons, or treated less favorably than other patrons.

I know what I would do and that’s use alternative methods to coax him out of the house by paying local bar patrons to pay him a visit one nIght and explain to him you don’t harass or be abusive to women and it would be in his best interests to pack up his $&@ and leave before he’s picking his teeth up off the ground .
