If you patronize or become a customer and and have an awful experience, your review of that business will be completely different.

There have been lots of stop and starts with businesses opening for a few months to a year only to close due to rents being too high and not enough people to patronize the shops.

It looks bad on the tenants each day for a building to be unkept in the eyes of the consumer patronizing their business.     

I can't imagine the Hotel likes the idea that they have an employee inquiring about fraudulent loans from patrons, employees and local business owners in the area. 

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve spoken with locals that say they avoid patronizing Ybor due to this.
