Greetings BP Patrons,

I've deliberately decided to start in the real estate investment realm and look forward to connecting with other folks. I became an accidental investor through renting out my home when I moved and when the rent checks came in, it was a great feeling to see equity accumulating with someone else paying.  However, after using the Rental Income calculator, it's not quite cash flowing haha. That's okay, it's still building equity and I want to continue learning and pursue with buy and hold, cash flowing rentals. I look forward to hearing from every one of you!

Thanks in advance for everyone's support!
