Loving me some Toledo mate,How can I join the Columbus Cartel?

Former Realtor here, so no dog in this particular hunt.I have always viewed NAR as a cartel. 

If it's in a really good market, i.e. an "A" market, then maybe partner with someone on InvestorLift who is Cartel or General level and they can post it on there. 

I came across this today.youtube.com/watch?v=vdL7edltXIAAriz AG alleges that major prop management companies all used the same company for data.  ( Please correct me if I'm wrong).  Not sure how the fact that they use...

I actually wish that the US and Mexico would form a Treaty (not NAFTA, more like NATO) and get the cartels gone forever.

Is it true that the NAR is effectively operating as a cartel?

Thus that current state of affairs in the real estate market can also be characterized as a cartel, given that all preconditions of a cartel are met.

Too, the borrower in this situation must carefully vett the source of capital available to himself in these situations; he could find himself in the middle of a money laundering scheme or as a front man for a drug cartel, where his eventual choices can be incarceration or death.
