My partner and I started wholesaling six months ago, and we just got our first real deal under contract. The part we are stumped on is finding buyers; we have tried some of the more typical ways. We tried finding other cash buyers off websites like Zillow and Redfin. We also went on Facebook and made several posts in different groups. The problem we have run into on Zillow or Redfin is that when we find a company or person that purchased the property, it is really hard to contact them. Is there something we are missing or an easier way to do this? We believe the deal is good enough to work out. We even spoke with local realtors and would appreciate basic or general advice on what we can do.

Hi Landen, congratulations on landing your first deal. To find the contacts for LLC owners you can always search for the names in Open Corporate and then skip trace their mailing address. We have found that the numbers from that skip trace are more accurate. I would also suggest to partner with other wholesalers in the area.
