Mike Cartmell Deal Analysis - Subject To on VA loan

Three things with VA loans, they do have assemble loans, the seller can't take his name off the loan completely unless you have veteran status with a verified DD214 verified eligibility status with the Army Airforce etc.Next I would have him do a loan statement analysis where he can show you if his rate is adjustable or a 30 year fixed. The great thing is there is no PMI required through the VA, and the loans are 100% financially assumable.Lastly, if you do assume the loan, it will make you liable to the bank and show you as the owner of record once you assume the loan.
