hi, i am 20, and i want to start investing into a apartment. i have 15k saved and i dont kno wher to start really. do i need credit ? what do i need and what should i do first .

There's no reason for personal attacks on people who are taking the time to offer you assistance. Whether or not you decide to take it, we ask our members to be gracious to one another.

That said, wanting something simply isn't enough. Lots of people want to be successful, but it is the work and education that will help you with that.

I learned early on that listening to people who are experienced is the best way to gain knowledge in areas of interest. Take it in....

Last note: this is a professional networking site composed of the very people that you will be working with if you become an investor. Like it or not, people will judge you based on your ability to communicate. I'd be careful to review your posts before putting them out there.

I want to wish you lots of luck with whatever path you end up taking, but I think you should definitely slow things down a little. While practical experience is invaluable, I strongly believe that before doing that, an individual should have a strong base to start from. Once you've got a plan and the knowledge to jump in, I'd say you're ready to go.
