Hello Fellow Bigger Pocket...eers?

Quick intro - I am an Army Infantry Veteran and recent MBA graduate. I also recently passed my real estate brokerage exam and I am employed as a project manager for a real estate acquisition company which essentially secures land for the telecom industry. I also started a small fix and flip business, House to Home Rehab, during my final semester of graduate school.

I completed my first rehab over the summer and made a very decent return but my interest has shifted to a buy-and-hold strategy. I'm excited to be apart of this forum and I look forward to learning from all you seasoned and intelligent investors out there! Feel free to reach out to me, if not, you can bet I'll reach out to you ;).
