Hello, My name is chris and im from Gloucester, Va it is very close to the newport news and hampton roads area. I'm currently serving in the army and been in for five years now. My family and I have been planning to get out for some time now. The plan is to get home and get my RE lisence and got to school. I have about eight months left in the army and would love to get a jump start on the learning curve, so any advice on where to start or what books to read. Really anything i can do between now and then to better prepare myself. I know it takes sometime before you start making any money in this buisiness, so no worries here. We have saved up a nice little nest egg and my wife will be the bread winner while im in school. So having the patience to succed wont be an issue. I'm looking forward to meeting all of you and hearing any suggesstions.

Good plan! Welcome to BP, lots of reading, but, I suggest you get your RE School book now or asap, and study that as you may pick up a bad habit or info to be confusing, you need to go to school with a blank mind, not preconcieved notions.

Thank you for serving! :)
