@Michael Olesky , @Michael Smith , Account Closed ..... that's just to name the ones I was able to pull up with the @ symbol, I am missing quite a few :)  You may want to connect with them also, we like to sit around and talk real estate for a few hours every other Monday....

@Marie Shaug One other thing...When you use the "@" symbol to "mention" someone, type "@membername" and then select the Member Name that pops up below the "Post a Reply" box.

To tag someone in the way I did you in this post, put the @ symbol then hit the spacebar once and enter their name.

Military BAH is a great generalization of the rent because it "should" although not always symbolize the market.
