How to use @mention or tag on Biggerpockets

Hi there,

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but can't get the @mention or tag to work for me. I read a different post that suggested using different browsers and I have tried both Firefox and IE with no success. Could anyone let me know how to use the @mention or how to tag a user in your forum post. Thanks for your help

@Rob S. and @Daniel Alegre , you don't just type the @ symbol followed by the person's name, you have to start typing their name (or a ? ) and then click on their name from the box that pops up below the reply box.
