Have a few loose RE connections however networking is a critical componente to advance education, resources  and potential partner projects. 

The renters get no grace and the accounts follow them if they do not pay when they move, they can not reconnect without paying up the old balance. 

If they are not yet ready to accept your offer, schedule a time to reconnect in a few weeks to check in on them.Extra Credit: Add a new professional contact (investor, lender, contractor, attorney, accountant, etc.) to your personal network via LinkedIn, BiggerPockets, etc.

The one thing I see that needs to be added is to have somebody re-connect the water meter; those are usually disconnected from the pipes at both ends.And who know if there is a laundry area that has a clothes washer (not on the list Roy had).Ditto for any pool / hut tub / spa.

Another great tenant who pays $825 & she stayed at her sisters for a couple of days so I could get in there.5 yr old o/the stove microwave died, so I had my favorite appliance guy find & reconnect a bad spade connection from the date of mfr. $80.

I believe we have spoken in the past but I’d love to reconnect!

My only complaint is that it has now twice disconnected from the wireless hub and I had to have my housekeeper do some extensive troubleshooting to get it to reconnect.

I do need to reconnect with a tax advisor and attorney, preferably local or familiar with MA state specifics. 

There is one scene in the movie "About Time" where Rachel's husband goes back in time to reconnect with his father for the last time as he knows that his father has already passed away from cancer in the future.
