As for the T&G Flooring @Julie Marquez  it usually runs about .95 - 1.08 a sq ft for the material, We use a flooring kick nailer and throw it in fast.

A year later we ended up having problems with one of the units (leaking evaporator coil) and ended up replacing them both.

Took another 6 hours to finish digging out the crawlspace , remove the furnace and A coil , then went in with a hose and wetted everything down to knock down dust .

I suppose my main concern is that installing coils won't fix the problem and that this issue will pose a problem for selling the house later on.

I replaced the coil and freon but my real estate agent is telling me I should just replace the whole system.

Once you find a contractor they use that you like, you can call and request that contractor as well.Had the interior HVAC coil, one of the out lines to the outside unit and fan replaced, and recharged with freon for $180 dollars.  

Vacuum the coils in the back of the refrigerator, clean spotlessly under the refrigerator.

ya they are basically the same.. only other type for electric is coil burners on stove top
