Your new tenant will be himself LANDLORD, and you will not be involved and/or concerned with fixing ANYTHING when you do it RENT-TO-OWN.If you want to know more about rent-to-own, ask about it, and so many people here will explain more to you on how it works, and it is the best thing for absentee landlords like you.Good luck.Sincerely,Larry

@Larry FriedThanks so much for the feedback, you're right i do have to keep that same reserve in the account for that reason. another issue is there are 2 work orders for the exact same day for the same thing, one is for $247 and the other is for $107. to me this sounds like someone was trying to get this one to fly under the radar. what do you think?
