Hello All,

I'm Darrell Campbell, I'm a complete novice and I'm here to learn as much as I can. I seek to have freedom and walk away from my job. I don't like working 120 to 140hrs in a pay period and having no time for myself. Life is more than clocking in and clocking out(in my eyes, I don't knock anyone who enjoys this type of career). 

I'm interested in Buy and Hold, Flipping with the right return in sight and Multifamily. While learning I do hope to meet some great people here, whom I may be able to invest my money with while I learn more each day. I would rather my money work for me while I'm learning, than just sitting while I'm waiting to get in the game. 

Lastly, I want to say this site and actually the podcast I found first has been so incredible to me over the last week. I have literally listened to 15 of the podcast in less than a week. Love this the best information I have ever found online with the fluff gone about Real Estate!!

Hello to everyone again, thank you so very much for welcoming me and also taking time out to give me tips.

@Mindy Jensen thank you for the advice and info, I totally want to own in my city, I'm currently in Alexandria VA right now, I come home as much as possible. I've only been out this way for 7 months. When I make it home next I will totally make sure I'm at the meet up. I do hope as I become more versed and actually learn what questions to ask, I will make sure to pick your brain as well, if you don't mind.

@Larry Fried Hey thanks for the tips and indeed the alerts are set. Any good alerts you think I should add that you may have in mind that you feel could be helpful to a complete novice?

@Austin Hughes Thanks for that tip, I didn't know I could speed them up, but yes absolutely addictive. I promise you read my thoughts. I get so into the podcast that I always forget to grab a notebook and write out the info that are gems to me. I plan on re-listening to find the info again, dedicated I am.. thank you again for the tips..
