@Carter CrowleyThis is truly a mathematical question: If the after tax return from re-investing your retained earnings is greater than the debt service rate on your present financing, then reinvest.

Linda Malavet I agree with Jay Hinrichs if you are buying sfr just make an offer, it seems it would take about as long to do either and I would laugh if I was selling a house and received an LOI.

seems like the people i ask live a little further away such as claremont, yorba linda, corona.

Buying in Del Paso Heights or Rio Linda because it looks good on paper would be similar to Stockton in terms of a very limited upside.
