Fha first multiplex Q&A
Im looking at multiplex OOS couple hours away.
1) fha loan what if tenants are occupied all units will i qualify how or when would i move in without putting someone out
2) its out of state how will i qualify. if i move and have to move and get a new job.

I would ask the financing questions to your mortgage broker/banker. They should be holding your hand through this process,letting you know what you qualify for, what types of programs are out their, down payments, etc. He or she will play a vital role in this transaction. I would also pose several questions to your attorney. Remember they work for you, make them earn their bread 🍞. People do business with who they know, like and trust. Interview 3 mortgage brokers, attorney, realtors and figure out who fits to represent you best.
