I own a Matterport camera and believe it widens the audience to allow a property to be viewed from anywhere. 

I am sure this adds a lot of value, but for us smaller investors that use handymen I don't know that we are a great target audience. 

Being a member of the site for 3 months made me completely overqualified for the info they were presenting...I was not the target audience but did get a few tidbits.  

I think this caught the attention of a lot of people in the audience.  

Where else would you get a built in audience of thousands of real estate investors every day?

So there’s no point in most of this audience having LLCs.

I think a large audience in San Diego, including myself, will want to buy from you if you can find deals at 70% ARV.

Who is your target renter..corporate, nurses, construction, tech, space industry....When choosing a location, try to factor in how much need there is for the particular industry that you believe will be your audience.
