Can you wholesale REO’s
Recently I have been looking at properties in this San Diego county and I have been finding houses close the 50% of what they are actually worth. Which is well below the 70% rule for house flipping and a good margin if any problem due occur. Usually wholesaling is with a distressed buyer and a cash buyer
But could instead of a cash buyer, couldn’t the seller be a bank with a property well before market value?
Any information helps thank you
