I have done it a few times as a listing agent and very much dislike beeing in that position: you can serve only one master.

But, if you’re like me, you deeply dislike those option, you WANT TO BRING THE CEILING BACK.

One thing I personally dislike is that the master closet, which is your standard 5' wide closet, houses the water heater.

My husband disliked it so much that we actually sold all but one of our buy and holds after a few years, and he refused to do another flip, even though we did make a profit on our only one, said he could make more in the stock market without the effort, but he agreed to let me handle the remaining one without him getting involved as I just wasn't selling it. 

If you do PPC or SEO and you are not getting anywhere it is because 1) You don't have a credible website2) You are targeting the wrong audience3) You didn't do your cost/lead calculations and you are marketing on an insufficient budget.You do all these 3 right and I PROMISE you will get leads and make deals.The mistake you make is assuming that my dislike for DMM is personal.I am a scientist, and for me data is what matters.

Some people like both having roommates and doing rehab, some dislike both, and some like one or the other...it's just personal preference.You can also pay others to do the rehab.
