Would like some input. I’m closing on a 2 bedroom in Pigeon Forge in a few weeks. It’s brand new so it’ll need to be furnished. What set up will be better? I’d like to hear all of your thoughts.

Set up 1 (sleeps 6):

Master:

king bed

Bedroom 2:

king bed

Living Room:

Sleeper sofa

************************

Set up 2 (sleeps 8):

Master:

King bed

Bedroom 2:

Queen bunk bed

Living room:

Sleeper sofa

@Leora Merrell there’s no wrong answer. We only allow 4 people in our 2 bedrooms in this market and they are constantly packed. The key is finding the middle ground where you sleep enough people that you’re not leaving money on the table, but that the guests will be comfortable and have enough room/privacy during their stay. If they feel cramped they are going to be more likely to be annoyed with any other minor issues that may arise during their trip, which could affect the review they leave you.
