We've used Vivint Smart Homes in some of our rentals and a combination of Ring cameras, coded door locks, and  Google Nest in other rentals.

Eufy also has smart locks, various cameras of every kind imaginable, and a home security system feature also.

After that you could address the steps nessessary to correct that, a good camera will allow you to see the efficetiveness of the insulation.

Of course, you could put up cameras to record the comings and goings next door and maybe  signs that your property is part of a neighborhood watch.
