Thats the Question.

I have a renter that i mailed an eviction notice to for being 2 monthes behind, and not transfering the electric.  The city inspector show up 3 days later and says the units without power are condemed, and they have to leave. The next morning i have the tenants removed by the police.....but im sure they will be right back....can i just remove the door, I think maybe they get the point if they do not have a door to close.
