In a world of APPS; what are some of your favorite apps for REI?

I just purchased an IPAD for business purposes (tax write off). I have the MLS listing apps; such as Zillow, Trulia, and Redfin. I also have heard of a few from the podcast like Podio, Vumber Phone, and Centriq. Do you have any apps or even software you use in your REI business? I only have one SFH rental unit at this time, and working on my second rehab. But, I am currently prepping my business for expansion into multi family once my rehab is complete. Anything that will help stream line my business process would be beneficial.

Software differs greatly from accounting, property management, rehab, vacation rental, etc.I've been compiling info on all the known software out there as our company, REsimpli, has been developing a fantastic easy-to-use rehab software that incorporates contracts. Raymond E. Hopkins you can have all sellers info and property info all stored in there as well as resources, contractors etc etc. get in there and play with it. They have a phone app as well which comes in real handy as well.

Check out Scanbot (for scanning documents with camera), PDF Expert (for working with and editing PDF files), Dropbox (obviously) and Landlordy (property management). Soulver also ir very useful for intelligently helping calculate your big decisions. MileIQ is great for automatically tracking your mileage though better suited for iPhone (that is always with you) than iPad.

@Jurgis Kirsakmens,Yes, drop box is essential. I've been reading up on Landlordy since you mentioned it earlier. It looks promising. Do you use the free version or the personal version for $40 (if I remember right)? @Mike Flora,I am trying to load most stuff on the Ipad, but have the ones such as MileIQ on my phone and anything else that is nice to have in my pocket at all times. It sounds like Podio and Centriq will complement each other. If you ever have issues Centriq should be able to inform you of warranties and part numbers on items at your properties to give to your contacts in Podio.I am ready to get business streamlined, so even if I continue to manage my properties as I grow every issue has a solution merely a few clicks away. I appreciate all the input!

I have seen the ads for mileiq, but the ratings seemed mixed. @Ray LaiI love the name! I agree, I made the question to broad when I opened it up to software. My initial point was for APPS, but then I got carried away. You will have to give me a minute to read the novel you sent, but from what I scanned it appears to be good content with some reviews of each system.
