And if your paranoid about it breaking in winter, order a replacement blower motor now and stick it on a shelf just in case, 90%+ of time that's what goes in older furnace.

As soon as you can, rip all of them out and replace with the traditional three 1x4 or 1x6 ledger boards. a 3/4 in. plywood shelf, and a 1-inch steel closet rod and flanges (not an adjustable rod, one that you have to cut to the right size), all screwed into studs.Tenants will always overload their closets with their crap.

Then, pursue the warranty parts or replacement on the broken faucet on your own time - when the parts get there, install the parts, test the faucet at home, and then put it on the shelf as a spare.Also, read the fine print on the warranty.
