HI!  I'm looking for  paint recommendations (brand and colors) from Home Depot.  I will be painting a rental and a fix n flip in a B class neighborhood in Detroit area, MI.  Thx!

    @Cassandra Weesies

    I can’t stand Behr paint. In fact, I charge customers more if they provide it. As a professional, I strictly use Sherwin Williams, whether its a $750k or $75k house. For rentals- I use a product called Property Solutions from S-W for walls and ceilings, and Super Paint for trim/doors. You won’t find it on the shelf, you’d have to ask for it.

    And the paint and primer in one is a sham.
