Needless to say, I'm fairly gun-shy when it comes to being sued, so I keep good insurance :)  Never been sued as a landlord and don't expect to be, but I have a whole lot of coverage if it ever comes to pass.  

Needless to say, after taking the time to clarify my meaning, and still getting attacked, I don't think that the people who criticized me heard me at all.  

I put a sticker on the mailbox saying “mail only from xyz..” needless to say I still get mail from former tenant!

A tenant Used the toilet, at which time my brother was standing/working under the disconnected line. needless to say he was not happy!

Needless to say we paid her by check instead. 

I have locked up a 9 property contract and going through the rigmarole of figuring everything out but needless to say I got over my fear of calling. 

Needless to say the neighbors were please that we cleaned up the place, so pleased, that one of the neighbors offered to buy it.

I began this in April, needless to say it is working!

Needless to say, that dream was dashed on the rocks of the recession.

As a matter of fact it gave me the incentive to find every way possible to reduce needless spending and significantly increase my cash flow, which I did in spades.
