Anybody got and good gross tenant stories? I rented to a booger picker!!

Im in the middle of this on right now. First off the tenant was 2 months behind on rent and I was starting eviction when I went past and they had moved out in the middle of the night. When I went in the carpet were totaled from the guy working at DQ and walking all the black grease into the carpet then as I got into the clean up deeper I found it! BOOGERS wiped on almost every wall not just one or two but a lot of them. It was like they were collectors or something totally disgusting. The rent and the carpets made me mad but really why would do that to the walls. Now I have to scrape them off. I only have seven units so I'll bet you guys will have a ton of good stories so have fun. Even the gross tenants can't change the fact that we love real estate.

Its not gross but somewhat enjoyable... Kinda... I rented to a pair of strippers... Paid in one dollar bills..  It took me forever to count 1 - 2 - 3 - 4... Sometimes I forgot where I was and had to start over again...
