Don't keep us all in suspense: What is its name?

House hacking is a great idea, and there are several variations on the theme.

There seems to be a common theme, which I agree with - don't take short cuts and don't do it if it doesn't feel right. 

---Well, the recurring theme from BP seems to be "participate," So I did.I started in real estate when I was perhaps 10 helping my parents out with weeding, snow-shoveling, and even some eviction cleanups. 

I am in the early stages of learning about real estate investing, and through the podcasts, webinars, books, one of recurring themes has been analyzing a lot of properties and eventually funneling that done into a small number of offers, knowing that at the end of the day, the result is likely to be one deal, possibly more if fortunate.  

You could pick up units beachside, East or West and/or stay right near the theme parks.

For a bit of context, our rental is in a large college town and is very athletics centric, so right off the bat (pun intended) I like having a sports heavy theme.

I'm starting to sense a theme with the multifamily properties and the people in the 'know'.

I have noticed a re-occurring theme and a common complaint among them about a certain character trait.
