Hello Bigger Pockets community! My name is Tim, I'm a complete newbie from Denver. I found this website through a coworker of mine and have been devouring information for the past couple days. I figured that was enough lurking and it was time to introduce myself...so hello.

I have been incredibly impressed with this community and how nice and helpful everyone seems to be. I look forward to getting a chance to connect with many of you and to form some meaningful relationships with people of this community.

Like I said earlier, I'm a total newbie....so new that I don't have a clear idea of what type of RE investor I want to be yet, but I am leaning towards mobile homes and buy and hold.

Since this is an introduction, I should probably tell you a little about myself. I'm originally from the Seattle area, but have been in the Front Range of Colorado for about 8 years. I am currently employed as an environmental engineer at a local consulting firm and spend most of my free time on my mountain bike and my snowboard.

I guess I will finish with a question to you all. What are your strengths and how did these strengths help you decide what niche was for you? And of course, please tell me a bit about yourself!

I am so excited to have stumbled upon this community and I look forward to getting to know you!

Tim
