Demoing interior walls opening up the inside, remodeling kitchen and bathrooms and building a nice wall with automatic gate for good presentation and curb appeal.What was the outcome?

Many of us real estate investors at one point or another in our REI careers will flip a house or perform a demo on a property.

I’d do one of these: I’d find the missing pink tiles, demo the above the shower and go to Sheetrock.

I paid nothing upfront and he was cool with me doing the demo myself and buying most all of the supplies and controlling those costs.

It’ll be a little bit cheaper for the newer homes who just have dirt because of no demo or hauling is needed.

I’m looking for Recommendations on a demo company and a company that specializes in popcorn removal.

The cabinets, bathrooms, and common room walls are all in okay shape but there are some aesthetic issues and potential demo needed everywhere else.I have no idea on the piping, gas and electric in the home for it has sat unused for years (who can I turn to evaluate this on a budget?)

This was a full gut rehab and I performed a good bit of labor myself: demo, framing, all the tile/prep work.

Another thing that might be beneficial since you are interested in flipping is finding a contractor (maybe a family friend) that would let you shadow them during the summer or weekends or maybe even pay you to perform demo, clean up, etc. and learn from them.
