Hi, my name is Blake, I wanted some pointers on how to get started with real estate and flipping properties.  I’ve always felt like a 9-5 is not my thing, and on the search for careers and things to major in for college, nothing has really been calling my name, until now of course. I wanted to know if anyone can give me some tips/pointers to get started because I want make some money. Thanks.

Hi @Account Closed!

I wish I learned about RE investing at your age. As @Chris Tarpey said, definitely educate yourself using books, podcasts, articles, BP, etc. Another thing that might be beneficial since you are interested in flipping is finding a contractor (maybe a family friend) that would let you shadow them during the summer or weekends or maybe even pay you to perform demo, clean up, etc. and learn from them.

Best Wishes!
